Ecofont: the Campagnolo of typefaces?

2 Comments Appealing ideas are often simple: how much of a letter can be removed while maintaining readability? After extensive testing with all kinds of shapes, the best results were achieved using small circles. After lots of late hours (and coffee) this resulted in a font that uses up to 20% less ink. Free to download, free to use.

Is this innovative or is it pointless?

Unquestionably the latter.
Don't know, I see lots of points. ( I know, I know, don't say it )
Looks very Broadway to me, but with your permission, I'd like to include it as an example in the sustainability guide I'm writing for Pratt's ComD department.
